HAVING worked extensively with dementia experts, Puzzler was keen to launch a magazine to highlight the importance of Dementia Action Week, which is this week, Monday 17th – Sunday 23rd May.
The specialist content of MIND & MEMORY PUZZLES & ACTIVITIES features simple puzzles, memory games, fun activities and topics to chat about – all carefully designed to stimulate mind, memory and conversation.
Mark Whiteway, head of Content at Puzzler Media, explains why this is so important: “We know that our readers value puzzles as a way of exercising mind and memory, so we felt compelled to produce a dedicated magazine that would allow solvers to enjoy the benefits of puzzles for as long as possible, whether alone or in the company of a caregiver. Having already partnered with dementia specialists, we knew we could compile this unique mix of activities and puzzles to help engage those living with dementia.
“The friendly conversation starters, puzzles and activities inside the magazine are fresh, bright and fun and will keep solvers busy and entertained. There are different levels too, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.”
Published ten times a year, each issue in the Puzzler Presents series has a different theme, catering to the compelling demand for offline pursuits. Other titles in the range include Mind Gym Puzzles and Picture Puzzles for Mindfulness.
