CUSTOMERS of Kandy Bar bakery, in Saltcoats, have been practising safe social distancing, in line with government guidelines, whilst queuing up the outside leading local bakery.
Owner, Stephen McAllister, said: “On behalf of ‘Team Kandy Bar’, I’d like to thank you all for supporting your local family bakers throughout this pandemic.
“We are all working extremely hard during this challenging time to provide you with freshly-baked goods, Monday-Saturday.”
“During these worrying times, it doesn’t take much effort to smile, say hi or just give someone a friendly wave. We’re all in this together and we are all having up and down moments.
“Please continue to follow the guidelines for social distancing when queuing to enter our shops and keep the doorways clear to enable customers to exit safely.
