LEADING Scottish law firm, Gillespie Macandrew, has appointed Karen Wooton as legal director in its Glasgow office.
Karen has 18 years’ experience in the private client and tax sector and will lead this arm of the firm’s business in the West.

The appointment follows the firm’s acquisition of Clyde & Co’s private client team last month and the transfer of Denton’s housebuilder team to the Glasgow office earlier in the year. The firm moved to new, expanded Glasgow premises in February 2019.
Gillespie Macandrew’s teams in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth serve clients from across Scotland and the UK, combining a personal approach with industry-leading expertise.
