NATIONAL Food & Drink Training (NFDT), the training arm of Scottish Bakers, is delighted to confirm it has gained approval to deliver accredited Food & Drink qualifications and apprenticeships through the awarding body, FDQ. These include the following newly-anticipated apprenticeship standards:
- Level 2 and 3 Certificate for Proficiency in Food Industry Skills
- Level 2 Food & Drink Process Operator (new apprenticeship standard)
- Level 2 Bakery (new apprenticeship standard)
- Level 2 and 3 Certificate for Proficiency in Meat & Poultry Industry Skills
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail
- Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Food Supply Chain Business
NFDT now offers FDQ, SQA, ILM and City & Guilds qualifications and apprenticeships to the Food & Drink sector throughout the U.K.
