Thousands expected at free event featuring 27 employers when fair returns to Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Wednesday, 11 October
JOB seekers from Glasgow and the west can take their pick of more than £1million-worth of job opportunities when Clyde 1’s hugely popular Recruitment Fair returns to the city this October.
Following the sell-out success of three previous Clyde 1 Recruitment Fairs, the free event returns for a fourth time on Wednesday, 11 October, again at the bigger location of Glasgow’s iconic Royal Concert Hall.
Career advisors from 27* different companies across a variety of sectors will be on hand to talk attendees through the many full-time and part-time opportunities available across a vast array of industries.
The Clyde 1 Recruitment Fair, sponsored by North Lanarkshire’s Working, will open its doors from 10.30am and will be free to attend right up until 6.30pm, to allow as many people to get along as possible. More than 4,000 job candidates have attended previous Clyde 1 Recruitment Fairs.
Says Jill Todd, sales director at Radio Clyde: “The Clyde 1 Recruitment Fair, sponsored by North Lanarkshire’s Working, is such a brilliant event which enables us to connect our listeners with some very supportive, potential employers.
“We’ve been overwhelmed with the success of the Clyde 1 Recruitment Fair since we held the first event two years ago and we’re delighted to be hosting our latest Fair this October at the Royal Concert Hall, which provides the perfect space to meet the growing demand.
