THE Game Design Awards will celebrate game design and take place on Thursday 7th September at Dukes Corner in Dundee.
Launched by DC Thomson, the awards aim to bring something new and fresh to Dundee.
The Game Design Awards is a celebration of design in games globally, as well as Dundee’s games heritage.
Categories for the awards include Best Character Design and a Players Choice Award. There will also be a category recognising outstanding lifetime achievement in the games sector, with special emphasis in contribution to game design.
The Game Design Awards are now open for nominations.
The shortlist will be announced later this summer.
The evening will include an awards ceremony as well as food, drink, networking and entertainment.
