A NOVEL, groundbreaking approach to listing properties for sale online has launched in Scotland (rest of UK to follow shortly): WeListThemAll.com.
The concept is simple: WeListThemAll.com uses a powerful search algorithm to search online for houses for sale and collate them into an user-friendly, customer-focused interface.
Says a spokesperson: “This means that all houses listed on the internet can be listed. To date, the beta version of the site is listing more than 95 per cent of all houses for sale in Scotland.”
Commenting on the motivation behind the site, managing director, Fraser Mathieson, said: “House hunters looking for really comprehensive information will find it here.
“WeListThemAll.com brings everything together, under the ‘one roof’.
“We have started with houses but it is our intention to launch a car version of the site later this year, with hotels and financial products to follow.
“Offering as close to 100 per cent coverage of any sector we enter.”
WLTA lists basic house information for free and offers very attractive rates to estate agents to upgrade the adverts to a higher standard and offers a plethora of premier options to help advertisers stand out from the crowd.
The idea is that, over time, as more and more people use the site, it will become established as the ‘go-to’ place for property searches and estate agents will be increasingly motivated to migrate to the paid services aspects of the site and reducing the number of websites it advertises with down to just this one.
Also, WeListThemAll.com offers smaller estate agents the potential to do away with their own sites completely and to instead integrate their properties into their own area on the WeListThemAll.com website, thus potentially saving costs and hassle.
Finally: a property listing website that can deliver the vast majority of houses for sale in one place.
