BEST-selling author, Simon Scarrow, will be in Elgin next month as part of a nationwide tour to launch the latest in his Eagles of the Empire series, Invictus.
He will make an appearance at Elgin library on Monday, November 21 at 2pm to coincide with Book Week Scotland and in conjunction with Waterstones.
The event is free but booking is essential as places are limited. Tickets are available from Elgin library or the Waterstones store in Elgin or at https://secure.moray.gov.uk/eshop/home.php
