A POPULAR annual business showcase will return for its sixth consecutive year when it takes place in Aberdeen next month – and more than half of the available exhibition space has already been snapped up.
Granite Expo will take place at the city’s Hilton Treetops Hotel on Thursday, October 27th between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
The unique annual event, created by Granite PR and managed by Business Plus Scotland, annually brings together a diverse range of more than 100 business organisations representing many sectors, from locally-based SMEs to global operators with links to the region.
The event is free to attend and is billed as a giant day of exhibiting, cross-selling, networking and knowledge sharing. In addition are business-related seminars, a networking café, a media mall and a quiet zone.
Commenting on preparations for Granite Expo 2016, event creator and managing director of Granite PR, Brett Jackson, said: “Granite Expo has gone from strength to strength since its inception six years ago and we are delighted to provide this important platform for sharing the very best of businesses located in or with links to the North East of Scotland.
“Networking is a vital tool to be used in the search for new clients and enabling diversification and has never been more important than it is in current challenging operating conditions.”
He added: “We anticipate that, once again, over 100 businesses and organisations from a broad cross-section of industries will be represented this year making Granite Expo the ideal place to forge the relationships which are so important to business growth.”
