ACUMEN Financial Planning is hosting two informal events in Aberdeen, open to senior professionals wishing to know more about early retirement options.
Says chartered financial planner, Niall Sharry: “Unplanned changes in work at any time in your career are never welcome.
“In the later stages of your career when retirement appears to be around the corner, it can throw original plans off track and raise questions about pensions, savings and retirement plans.”
In light of recent changes in the oil and gas sector, there are many people who are considering their retirement options perhaps sooner than expected and having to make important decisions about their future.
Established in 2002, Acumen Financial Planning has significant experience in providing financial planning services for oil and gas professionals through times of success and the more challenging.
These informal events will cover financial planning through change, early retirement and pension options, redundancy settlements and tax implications.
The first of these events will be held at The Altens Hotel, Souter Head Road, Aberdeen on Thursday 1st September with a second event to be held on Thursday 29th September at Urban Village, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells Aberdeen.
For both events, registrations will start at 4pm with the event starting at 4.30pm.
