THE Daily Record celebrates the heart and passion of Scottish football in a new brand campaign launched this week.
The creative takes a wry look from the fans perspective and, in their own words, focuses on the reasons why they love the ‘beautiful game’.
It sums up the passion, irony, excitement and humour that takes every Scottish football supporter through the season.
The Daily Record is acknowledged as a news brand at the heart of Scottish football – and as being as committed a fan as its readers.
The campaign was created by Edinburgh agency, Something Something, and will run across TV, outdoor, print and social media.
Head of sport, Austin Barrett, said: “Scottish football is an integral part of what we do at the Daily Record.
“Our unrivalled coverage and brilliant writing is why readers buy our newspapers and why our website is Scotland’s No1.
“We wanted to create a campaign that shows the Daily Record at the heart of Scottish football..as one of Scotland’s biggest fans.”
