A NORTH-east relocation company has been shortlisted for the prestigious Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP) Awards 2016.
Source Relocation, which was established a decade ago and is based in Aberdeen’s Rosemount area, is the only Scottish company to make it on to the shortlist for the Destination Service Providers category of this year’s awards.
Up against four other firms from across the UK, Source Relocation was shortlisted for the award due to its comprehensive understanding of the North-east market, exceeding customer expectations and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of ARP, which was founded to represent the growing relocation industry in the UK.
The annual ARP Awards recognise and reward service providers that excel in the relocation industry, including corporate relocation specialists, private acquisition specialists and specialist providers.
Caroline Walker, managing director of Source Relocation, said: “We are delighted to be the only company in Scotland to be shortlisted for this award and our close-knit team is honoured to be representing both the country and the North-east on the night.
“There is some tough competition out there but the excellent feedback we receive from our clients on a regular basis instils great confidence in the type of service we are offering.
“Each member of the Source team works very hard go above and beyond the requirements of our clients, ensuring a smooth relocation process for them.

The ARP Awards ceremony is due to take place Thursday 30 June at The Lansdowne Club in London, where one winner will be announced from each of the six categories: Specialist Provider, Serviced Accommodation, Removal Company, Destination Service Provider, Schools & Education Consult and Property Finder.
Two further awards will also be announced on the evening, including the Outstanding Contribution to the UK Relocation Industry and the Most Recent Member award.
