Software specialist chosen to implement cloud-based system, NetSuite OneWorld
SYSTEMS integration specialist, Cooper Software, has been selected by global consultancy and project management firm, LTS International Limited (ltsi.co.uk), to implement the cloud-based global business management solution, NetSuite OneWorld, in order to consolidate LTS’s business development, accounting, project management and resource management processes.
LTS works with a wide range of clients to support sustainable development worldwide.
It specialises in climate change, forestry, water resources, ecosystems, landscapes and institutional governance.
The company has worked in over 100 countries across the globe, notably in sub-Saharan Africa, South, South-east and Central Asia and Europe, in both public and private sectors providing, information, insight and ideas across a range of technical disciplines.
LTS has helped to implement change, optimise efficiency and improve effectiveness for the majority of international aid agencies, as well as for governments, private companies, non-governmental organisations, financial research institutions and consulting firms.
NetSuite OneWorld will replace LTS’s existing financial solution and associated systems.
LTS selected NetSuite as the preferred solution; with subsidiary undertakings in Kenya and Malawi, as well as representative offices in China and Indonesia, it will address LTS’s multi-company structure and requirement for multi-currency transactions and intercompany accounts.
The solution will enable the business to account for currency, taxation and legal compliance differences while offering unprecedented visibility, worldwide, in real time, ensuring consistent, compliant management across the organisation both locally and globally.
The project is a significant business win for Cooper Software in terms of overall scope, as the solution will be implemented at LTS’s head office in Edinburgh, as well as at the subsidiary offices in Kenya and Malawi, and representative offices in China and Indonesia.
The project further capitalises on Cooper Software’s previous experience in successfully delivering NetSuite implementation projects for global clients.

Two additional NetSuite modules, tailoring the system to LTS’s individual business needs, will further complement the NetSuite OneWorld solution. NetSuite Advanced Financials will offer LTS a range of solutions for managing its finances, including budgeting, expense allocations and more flexible billing management tools.
NetSuite Advanced Projects will provide LTS with integrated project management, project tracking and reporting tools and allow for better resource management.
