SYSTEMS integration specialist, Cooper Software, is delighted to announce that they have delivered a robust data integration solution to leading whole food supplier, Whitworths.
The project focused on creating an electronic data exchange solution to and from Whitworths’ existing ERP system in order to improve processes, efficiency and speed across their business.
Begins a spokesperson: “The solution automates the sharing of data between external enterprise business systems and also allows system administrators to create and amend the data interfaces in operation, review messages exchanged between systems, evaluate errors and minimise impact on the business.
“It also offers Whitworths the ability to share data with external partners. The solution will be used to manage Whitworths’ manufacturing processes including procurement, quality management, inventory tracking and control, sales and manufacturing.:
As part of the project engagement, Cooper Software provided Whitworths with an expert ERP consultant as a dedicated project manager to provide the resources, knowledge and expertise required to help Whitworths’ end-users solve any ERP related problems, help with the systems design and deal with day to day tasks during implementation.
