A LEADING managed print services provider has superseded its targets for 2015, securing contracts across the UK and Europe totalling more than £2.4 million.
Xeretec Scotland, which has offices in Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness, Elgin and Shetland installed a total of 875 printer devices in both commercial offices across Europe and offshore vessels throughout the year.
The firm’s Aberdeen office alone secured a four-year European-wide contract worth £1million with a major oil company to supply in excess of 200 devices across 31 sites, with further devices to be installed this year.
Meanwhile, its Glasgow office, Xeretec’s latest Central Belt base, also secured a substantial number of contracts in only its second year of trading, many of which have been in the commercial print sector.
The firm has invested heavily in its managed print service (MPS) offering, enhancing its helpdesk in Aberdeen to remotely manage all of the Xeretec group machines across Europe and offshore. The helpdesk team of 20 provides technical and troubleshooting support to customers, as well as liaising with engineers for call outs and supplying consumable parts.
In addition to this, the firm has also invested in Equitrac and Safecom software solutions to provide customers with insight and control over their printing, as well as allowing them to manage costs and wastage.
