SPIRITS were high this week at Skene House HotelSuites Whitehall, when the venue was voted #1 for guest satisfaction, on the leading online review site, Trip Advisor, for the fourth year running.
Says a spokesperson: “Earlier this year, Trip Advisor inducted all three Skene House HotelSuites in Aberdeen city – Rosemount, Whitehall and Holborn – into their celebrated Hall of Fame, as a result of five years of top ratings.
“The continued online success of Skene House HotelSuites was also underscored by a further three Hotel.Com awards scooped earlier this month – the only awards to be given out in the whole of Aberdeen.”
Speaking of the significance of the success, founder and director, Charles Skene, said: “A raft of awards such as these are a tremendous achievement for all at Skene House HotelSuites.
“As we develop ever-closer relationships with our customers through our online presence, visitor feedback has become an increasingly important tool, helping us monitor and improve performance and promote the business.
