THE team at Acumen Financial Planning are pleased to announce they have been shortlisted for the Institute of Financial Planning’s ‘Recognising Excellence’ awards.
These exclusive awards are held annually by the Institute of Financial Planning (IFP) and are open to Accredited Financial Planning firms across the UK.
The application consists of a written application, considering business procedures and performance, with a particular focus on the impact and contribution the firm has made to the financial planning profession over the last 12 months.
The application resulted in selection for the final presentations held in London at the start of September, where directors, Keith Mackie and David Gow, presented to a panel of esteemed judges.
Said director, David Gow: “In recent months, there have been significant developments taking place at Acumen Financial Planning, including a new office and team in Elgin, achieving Chartered Status and several new appointments joining the team, all of which has had a positive impact on our clients and the services we deliver.
“It is a credit to our team to reach this stage and we look forward to hearing the final result.
“Acumen Financial Planning is one of only three firms in the final running for this prestigious award.”
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the annual IFP conference to be held in Newport on Tuesday 6th October 2015.
