EDINBURGH-based Reserve Apartments is delighted to announce its support of an exciting new company, Elite Property Management, founded by Dayna Turnbull.
Elite Property Management is a new, dynamic, business specialising in the management of properties that are let out to the public for short-term stays.
From arranging welcome packs, to laundry and inventory services, Elite Property Management strives to offer busy landlords ultimate peace of mind through a bespoke service offering.
Having been part of the Reserve Apartments team in Edinburgh for more than six years, Dayna is ideally positioned to direct this service.
A valuable insight has been gained into the requirements of landlords, ranging from those letting one property to those operating multiple lets; Dayna truly understands their needs.
Dayna explains: “My time spent with Reserve Apartments has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and experience of the lettings industry.
“Having worked closely with various management companies over the years, liaising between them, the landlords and of course the guests, I feel ideally positioned to provide the very best service possible through understanding multiple perspectives.”
Gareth K Thomas, co-founder of Reserve Apartments, adds: “Although we are sorry to see Dayna leave the core Reserve Apartments team, we are right behind her and wish her the best of luck!”
Following Dayna’s recent move to establish this new venture, Reserve Apartments has recruited Kate Graham, who will be providing guest and client support within the central team.
Elite Property Management focuses on delivering a bespoke, top quality service for landlords and their guests.
Dayna continues: “It’s so important that the service we provide is just right. Some of our clients require a lot more support that others and that’s fine – we accommodate needs individually.”
