THE Evening Telegraph is looking for a talented deputy news editor who is ready to help the title continue its fantastic track record for breaking the biggest stories both in print and online.
The ideal candidate will have a reputation for unearthing exclusives, come armed with creative ideas for improving content, and have highly-developed organisational skills.
An in-depth knowledge of the Editor’s Code and newspaper law is also required to ensure the newspaper maintains its reputation for responsible journalism while at the same time pushing the boundaries.
The successful candidate will either hold a current newsdesk position or be a senior reporter who is eager for progression.
