3×1 Public Relations, one of Scotland’s largest independent PR and public affairs agencies, is looking for dynamic new members to join its PA team to work across its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
This is an excellent career opportunity to join an award winning agency. We are looking for first class candidates for the roles of account manager and account executive to join our best-in-class consultancy to work on creative campaigns to support our blue-chip corporate and consumer clients.
Potential account managers should be a political graduate, with at least three years relevant experience of public affairs (in-house or agency) and ideally have also worked across PR-related work. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of public affairs counsel including political and media monitoring, public policy briefings, stakeholder engagement programmes, media relations and client liaison.
At account executive level you should be a recent political graduate with a deep interest in Scottish and UK politics, a great understanding of public policy, political monitoring, the workings of Holyrood and Westminster. A good grasp of how the media works is also essential. Roles and responsibilities include day-to-day political and media monitoring, stakeholder engagement planning and drafting briefings on political and public policy.
Both roles require first class writing skills and confidence in social media.
Salary will be commensurate with experience plus pension, bonus, health cover, training and option to join the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and professional memberships.
