South-west Scotland’s Stranraer & Wigtownshire Free Press newspaper is looking for a reporter to join its news team.
The paid for weekly newspaper has a 170-year reputation of producing quality local news.
The successful candidate will help run the news desk, have an active role in writing all sections of the newspaper, cover meetings across its circulation area and also help substitute for the editor in his absence.
You must thrive on building contacts and have a drive to produce off-diary stories.
Experience in page make-up is preferable and a full driving licence is essential.
