COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER
£40,326 – £43,510 per annum
(all new staff start on the first point of the scale)
SISTEMA Scotland has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational communications and marketing manager to join the organisation.
You will be a key member of the Sistema Scotland leadership team, responsible for leading on the development and delivery of Sistema Scotland’s communications and marketing strategy.
You will ensure that we continue to maintain a reliable and compelling case for our approach to transforming lives with music, upholding our key messages and values, raising awareness of our organisation and promoting our brand.
You will have extensive experience within the communications sector, within a senior communications and marketing role, as well as a successful track record of defining and managing external and internal communications strategy.
Sistema Scotland is a national charity and our vision is to transform lives with music. We deliver on our vision through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities. Big Noise works to support children to reach their full potential and to bring about permanent social change in their communities. We use the symphony orchestra and learning a musical instrument as the tools to equip children with a range of social and life skills including confidence, resilience and aspiration.
We now have four Big Noise centres across Scotland in Raploch, Stirling; Govanhill, Glasgow; Torry, Aberdeen; and Douglas, Dundee. We work with more than 2,500 children from birth to adulthood in school and nursery, after school and during the holidays.
We are ambitious for the children we work with, and we are looking for someone who can match that ambition with experience, drive and commitment.
