THIS exciting and creative position gives you the opportunity to play an active role in the future development of our This England and Evergreen titles.
You will be responsible for managing the content of both titles, working closely with the Editor to plan, commission, source and produce vibrant and engaging features across all platforms, on time and within budget.
Reporting to the editor, you will work with our in-house design and production teams and freelance journalists, as well as picture agencies and PRs, to create entertaining print and digital content that promotes the magazines’ brand values and meets the needs of their readers.
With previous experience of writing and commissioning articles in a busy magazine environment, the successful candidate will be expected to actively seek opportunities to raise the magazines’ profiles. You will have excellent communication skills, and experience of managing teams. It is anticipated that you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
