We are: We are looking for a photographer to provide iconic imagery that captures, promotes and enhances the brand reputation of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

As the official photographer for the Conservatoire, you will work with performers and educators across the arts including ballet dancers, actors, musicians, production artists, stage managers and filmmakers.

This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning marketing and communications team and capture a wide range of photography that includes performance, portraiture, news and press imagery.

You will: work with marketing and communications colleagues to create imagery that communicates the key messages of Conservatoire. The institution is internationally-recognised as a centre of excellence for performing arts education, produces world famous graduates who are experts in their field, and has partnerships with all of Scotland’s national artistic companies. We also have a thriving Junior Conservatoire and Lifelong Learning programme with more than 2,000 young people working with us throughout the year.

This is a part-time role (0.5 FTE) which will work on an annualised hours contract. You are required to work flexibly and this may include working at weekends or in the evening. This is a flexible role where you will manage the photography schedule throughout the year with your line manager.
