CORPORATE Communications, in partnership with People and Development, have a temporary position for a dedicated corporate communications business partner to support the Staff Pay and Reward Modernisation Programme.

The programme aims to introduce common terms of employment for all staff working across Police Scotland and the SPS.

This temporary role will plan and lead on the delivery of communication activity to support this high profile and business critical project.

Based within the Internal Communications team, you will work closely with the programme manager and project leads to advise on the most appropriate way to inform and engage people with each aspect of the programme.

You will also lead the delivery of all communications, coordinating activity across a variety of business areas and drawing on expertise from other areas of corporate communications.

You will be a communications professional with a track record of communicating organisational change and will be confident in developing and leading on strategies to inform and engage people at all levels across an organisation.

This full-time post is temporary for 12 months and will require standard recruitment vetting.
