SALARY: £31,005 – £34,965 (£16.99 to £19.16 per hour)
HOURS: 35 hours per week
LOCATION: St John’s Campus, Barrhead
EAST Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure was launched in 2015, and is a charity with over 400 employees delivering sport, leisure, arts and culture services in East Renfrewshire.
We operate ten libraries, four sports centres with gyms and pools, a 330-seat theatre, 18 community facilities incorporating a wide range of halls, social function and events venues, community centres and pavilions.
We also manage the letting of 35 schools in the evenings and weekends.
We also deliver a wide variety of programmes like sports development (including swimming lessons, sports coaching, Active Schools Programme), arts development (including classes and events), and library and literacy programmes (ranging from Bookbug to Book Week, authors’ talks to book groups).
In our first year of operating, we have built attendances at our libraries and sports centres to a five-year high.
Now, we are seeking a talented and creative marketing professional to join our team at an exciting time, and help us rebrand and redesign our marketing activities so as to build on a phenomenally successful first year of operating.
