SCOTLAND’S most innovative media company is looking for a dynamic business correspondent/ personal finance editor.
The Herald & Times Group publishes The Herald, Sunday Herald, The National and the Evening Times plus heraldscotland.com, thenational.scot and eveningtimes.co.uk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing stories and features and writing analysis and comment pieces for print and online, and for overseeing personal finance coverage.
Applicants should ideally have a sound knowledge of the business scene and an extensive network of contacts within this community. A demonstrable track record of delivering exclusives is desirable.
This is a demanding role suited to a hard-working, driven self-starter who is capable of making a major contribution as part of a tight-knit team working at the highest level to tight deadlines in a busy daily newspaper environment.
Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in the role.
Although our offices are in Glasgow, remote working will be considered.
