THE Stranraer and Wigtownshire Free Press is looking for a reporter to join its busy news team.
The successful candidate will cover a wide range of stories and meetings from across the circulation area in the south west of Scotland and must have a journalism qualification.
They must also be able to produce clean and accurate copy, thrive on building contacts and have a drive to uncover off-diary stories to appear in our independent newspaper and new bi-monthly magazine.
A full driving licence is required. The salary is £18-20k per year.
