CLYDE & Forth Press is seeking a senior reporter for its Ayrshire Weekly Press division.
This is a key position and we are looking for someone with creativity, drive and experience to play an important role within our team of journalists based in Ardrossan.
The successful candidate will have experience of covering a wide range of tasks including council and court reporting, off-diary reporting and feature writing.
An interest in digital media and social networking is essential and an ability to show previous success in these areas would be an advantage.
Fully NCTJ qualified with 100 wpm shorthand, applicants should be able to demonstrate a passion for the job and a good knowledge of the circulation area. They must also hold a full UK driving licence.
