THE publisher of The Herald newspaper has unveiled a new look to its property website, s1homes.
Says the Herald & Times Group, the look will “give an even better service to the more than 250,000 home seekers who visit it each month”.
It follows what is being described as “an extensive usability study to improve and simplify searching the more than 30,000 homes for sale or rent”.
The launch is being backed by a pan-Scotland TV and digital campaign.
In a Herald & Times statement, s1 managing director, Mark Smith, is quoted, as saying: “We’ve invested a lot into finding out what home seekers want from s1homes, simplified search, bigger photos and fewer distractions, to name just a few, and we’re confident that the new site delivers exactly that.
“We’ve also added some great new functionality, such as property watch, which lets you keep track of price changes or interest in a specific property.
“Ultimately, we’re making it even easier for users to find exactly the property they’re looking for and this, in turn, means more enquiries to our member agents and developers.”
