A network of local websites operated by STV has added Fraserburgh and Peterhead to its roster.
STV Local already operates covering Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray in the Northeast of Scotland, since it was launched last year.
With a presence also in North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Edinburgh, it now runs 21 individual community sites, with the aim of covering the whole of Scotland within the next 18 months.
The Peterhead and Fraserburgh sites will be overseen by dedicated community editor, Dionne Abolghessem, who will be working closely with regional editor for the Northeast, Kris Gilmartin.
