TRUST in the BBC was down 38 per cent among Scots interviewed for a survey that was published last week.
According to the survey – published by YouGov and the Sunday Times – no Scots among those asked trusted the BBC more, following recent issues affecting the Corporation, including its reporting of allegations of child abuse against its late presenter, Jimmy Savile, and the stepping down of director-general, George Entwistle.
