The countdown to music chart sales in Scotland is to be broadcast in both English and Gaelic from this weekend: a bilingual first.
Inverness-based Moray Firth Radio will be broadcasting the show tomorrow, in a tie-up involving MG ALBA, the Gaelic Media Service.
The show will be presented by Davey D and Roya McLean between 6pm and 8pm.
Says Danny Gallagher, managing director at MFR: “I think it’s really important that we engage with a number of partners for specific ventures and MG ALBA have been very supportive of our production values on this project. We are really excited about leading the way in pioneering radio shows.”
