ONE of Scotland’s best-known broadcasters has been recruited by BBC Radio Scotland to present a morning discussion show.
Kaye Adams is to host ‘Call Kaye’ from Spring next year.
Says the BBC, the show will comprise “a mix of a phone-in and key interviews with a range of people discussing politics, health, education ‘ the stories making the news in Scotland and around the world”.
It adds: “No corner will be out of bounds on Call Kaye.”
The show will take the place of Morning Extra, which currently runs on BBC Radio Scotland from 9am-10am each weekday morning.
Says Jeff Zycinski, head of BBC Radio Scotland: “Kaye is a major nationwide talent to add to our team of presenters at BBC Radio Scotland. We’re looking to refresh our schedule with various changes to our morning schedule from Spring and Kaye’s arrival is a key part of that.”
