THE Daily Mail and its website dominates a summary produced by the Press Complaints Commission, consisting of breaches of the PCC’s Editors’ Code, between 2011 and 2013.
And it also dominates a second summary from the PCC, of resolved complaints (2011- 2013), where no breach of the Editors’ Code was established.
But – says a statement from the title, reported on the Press Gazette website – it probably could not be any other way, given the high number of articles it publishes. It is being claimed the breaches represent 0.01 per cent of its content.
Scots titles, as you’d expect, feature in both PCC lists, here and here.
