SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has sold a prominent town centre retail unit in the coastal town of Stonehaven to Fountainhall Wines for £225,000.
The 1,750 sq ft property, situated on the south side of Market Square, part of the main retailing area in the heart of Stonehaven town centre, was provided with vacant possession, having previously been let to The Liquor Store.
