TOUGHER regulation is being reportedly sought to stop ‘copycat branding’, including among some of the best-known retailers.
Says The Scotsman: “The British Brands Group claims there has been a 60 per cent increase in the past year of ‘parasitic’ brands which bear a close resemblance to a better known brand.”
The paper lists ten products whose looks bear a close resemblance to their ‘better-known’ equivalents.
