A PRESENTATION being made in London by the director-general of the BBC is to be streamed live to the Corporation’s headquarters in Glasgow, with places available to view it.
Mark Thompson is speaking at an event being staged by the Royal Television Society, and the streaming to Glasgow follows a similar exercise last year, involving the chair of the BBC governing body, Lord Patten, and which attracted an audience of around 30.
The event is taking place on Wednesday evening and places – which are free – can be booked by emailing henrye@skillset.org.
