AN awards competition celebrating the regional press has issued a call for entries. And the Regional Press Awards – organised by the Society of Editors in association with, among others, the Newspaper Society – has a deadline of the seventh of next month.
This is the second year, the awards have been run by the Newspaper Society, having been run by the NUJ two years ago and the Press Gazette the year before that.
