The Edinburgh-based media buying company, Feather Brooksbank, is to be renamed.
As part of a re-branding exercise, owners, Aegis, are to call it Carat Edinburgh, at the same time folding Feather Brooksbank's Manchester office into Carat Manchester.
It is understood no redundancies will result from the rebrand and that Giles Brooksbank and Stuart Feather – who launched the agency in 1991 and sold it to Aegis for £7.5 million eight years later, but are still chair and managing director, respectively, of Feather Brooksbank – will continue in their roles.
