A BAFTA award-winning investigative journalist and a leading independent TV producer are the latest figures set to speak at a recently-launched Scottish Press Club.
Shelley Jofre – who won the BAFTA Scotland award for Best Current Affairs programme in 1995 with ‘The Twilight Zone’ – will join Filmcrest Films producer/director, Nicole Kleeman, in speaking next month in Glasgow.
The event is free to attend and is to take place at The Griffin on Bath Street on the 11th of next month, from 7.30pm onwards.
The Scottish Press Club was established last month by a reporter at the Renfrewshire Gazette, Martin Graham, together with fellow recent journalism graduate, Cristiana Theodoli, from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Former digital editor at the Daily Record, Iain Hepburn, and Sunday Herald editor, Richard Walker, are among members of the Scottish media to have featured in previous events.
