An observational documentary series exploring libel and privacy cases in court returns to the TV screens this evening, following a short break.
See You in Court – made by Glasgow-based independent TV production company, matchlight – is being broadcast on BBC One at 10.35pm. A six-part series, this evening's programme, the fourth from six, considers the case of the science writer, Simon Singh, sued by the British Chiropractic Association after writing an article in The Guardian.
The short break between episodes one-three and four-six is because one of next week's cases involves George Galloway, who is standing for election to the Scottish Parliament.
