A GLASGOW company that employs some 1,800 people in the city – across three call centre sites operating on behalf of clients such as Sky – has appointed a new marketing manager.
Ewan McKay has been tasked to help develop the growth strategy for RESPONSE, including – says a statement issued by the company – “finding new routes to market, the provision of business development support and responsibility for ensuring an integrated marketing approach with consistent communication of the RESPONSE brand”.
McKay joins from BiP Solutions – also based in Glasgow – which offers, among various services, IT consultancy, marketing, training and eSourcing.
Previously, he worked for Arnold Clark, where he was responsible for the marketing activity of Ford, Volkswagen, Mazda and Toyota.
Adds the statement: “[McKay’] considerable expertise includes the coordination and implementation of successful social media and marketing strategies across a range of sectors.”
