A MUCH-anticipated iPhone application, comprising news, sports news and video output from Scottish broadcaster, STV, has been officially unveiled.
The free app allows users to read headlines at a glance or browse separate categories for the latest in news, sport, entertainment, as well as lifestyle features and Scottish heritage.
It also features constantly updated weather forecasts for the next 24 hours and five days ahead, for more than 75 towns across Scotland.
Video reports from the STV news team are accessible with a single click.

“STV’s digital development is key to our strategy and we’re striving to make as much of our valuable content as readily and widely available as possible, across multi-platforms, so that viewers can access it where, when and how they want it. The STV News iPhone app, which is both simple and functional, was built in-house by the STV Digital and Broadcast team.”
