FOR the third time in four years, Press Association photographer, David Cheskin, has been named the ‘Photographer of the year’ at the First ScotRail Press Photography of the Year Awards.
Cheskin also won the ‘Celebrity picture of the year’ category for his shot of Scots actor, Sir Sean Connery at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
