THE average number of unique visitors to The Scotsman newspaper’s website remains well over two million per month, according to new figures released yesterday by the newspaper circulation auditors, ABC.
In what is a new departure for ABC, it yesterday set out online and newspaper sales figures side by side.
And while the number of unique visitors to The Scotsman’s website averaged 2,038,770 per month – over the six months from July to December last year – it was 106,072 daily.
Meanwhile, the number of unique visitors to The Herald’s website averaged 487,340 per month and 27,702 daily.
For the Evening Times, its online figures were 244,251 (monthly) and 15,990 (daily), while sister title, the Sunday Herald, registed figures of 167,553 and 6,637.
