AN ‘once in a lifetime opportunity’ – say its organisers – takes place today, to hear one of France’s top film directors speak, in Scotland.
Appearing as a guest of the Scottish Documentary Institute, Nicolas Philibert is speaking this afternoon, between 2pm and 5pm.
Says the SDI: “Probably most well-known for the multi-award winning Etre et avoir (To be and to Have), he is one of contemporary cinema’s most acclaimed documentarists.”
