Yesterday, the Scottish Broadcasting Commission – under the leadership of former BBC Scotland head of news and current affairs, Blair Jenkins – published its final report.
Comprising 22 key recommendations, the report – titled, ‘Platform for Success’ – would most like the establishment of a ‘Scottish Network’.
