THE launch editor of GMTV’s Scottish news opt-out is signing off this morning, five months after the service took over from stv.
Kirsteen O’Sullivan, who presented the central Scotland bulletins from the Glasgow base of production company, Macmillan Media, is leaving to work in Ireland.
Taking her place will be current deputy, Catherine Brown, who started her career at Tay before working at Real, Forth and BBC Scotland.
Macmillan – run by former BBC foreign correspondent, Michael Macmillan – also produces the GMTV opt-out for Northern Ireland as well as providing media training and corporate video services.
