THE editorial top brass who deftly put together the front page of Aberdeen’s local paper, the Evening Express, are in the midst of a classic daily dilemma which frequently faces tabloid newspapers which regularly carry readers’ competitions/major promotions/ special offers, etc prominently on page one.
